We understand that along with the many concerns that can accompany your procedure, one of the biggest concerns can be money. Most insurance companies will pay a portion or all of the fee depending on your coverage. If you would like us to check with your insurance company for your benefit/eligibility for a prosthesis and request a preauthorization, please fill out the form here.

For those who have a shortfall, or are not insured we now offer No Interest and/or Low Interest 3rd Party Financing.

4. During the Application process you may see a variety of interest rates. We offer the following Promotional Plans:-

No Interest Payment Plan --- 3 months at no interest, and
Extended Payment Plan --- 24, 36, 48 or 60 months at a promotional rate of 11.90%.

The Application shows a higher rate (currently 21.98%). Do not be mislead by this rate. Our practice offers patients the two promotional lower rates outlined above.
